Thomas J. Samaha graduated from the University of Michigan with High Distinction in 1983 and Loyola Law School in 1987. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
